With over 18 years of experience at Arendt & Medernach, Marc is specialised in banking, civil and commercial law as well as in all regulatory matters involving banks, investment firms and professionals of the financial sector, which includes AML/CTF laws and regulations, MiFID, PSD and CRD. In specific, he is advising on all aspects of the establishment, licensing, reorganisation, mergers & acquisitions, migrations and liquidations of financial institutions, as well as on the implementation of outsourcing arrangements by financial institutions.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Luxemburg, his Master’s degree at the Université libre de Bruxelles and the LLM at the University College London.
