Roman started his professional journey at Commerzbank, where he served as a Business Expert in Supply Chain Finance & Innovation which was followed by his tenure at BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co. KG where he was Head of Business Unit Digital Building. After that, Roman co-founded two startups: CONF3RENCE and SOLV3.
