Since October 2021, Wayne works as the Global Head of Digital Assets, Securities Services at BNP Paribas in Madrid after having several leader positions at BNP Paribas since he started his career there in 1994. His team focuses on digitalization of traditional assets, which he also presented as a speaker in the last years. Wayne has played a key role in the expasion of BNP Paribas Securities Services locally and globally, while remaining with his pro-activity to develop new services and solutions to clients. At his current job position, he can combine his Technology and Programming know-how with his passion about figital assets and digitalization of the finance sector. Before he startet his career at BNP Paribas, Wayne Hughes graduated from Asbury University in 1989.
