Friedrich Herzog (Crypto Finance)

Friedrich joined Crypto Finance (CFAG) in November 2022 as Head of Research and senior portfolio manager. Before entering the crypto space, Friedrich was a multi-asset portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he focused on managing discretionary portfolios for institutional clients globally. Prior to his role at Goldman Sachs, he was a quantitative researcher for OMERS Capital where he developed systematic investment strategies. After researching crypto in 2017, he started investing in early 2018 and has since become a strong crypto proponent. Most recently he worked with one of the leading blockchain firms to develop a proprietary investment strategy across crypto and traditional assets and served on the advisory board of an early-stage crypto startup. Friedrich holds a MSc. degree in Finance from Princeton University.
