Raphael Hess (heartstocks)

Raphael Hess is a blockchain professional with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently he is serving as the Co-Founder and Blockchain Lead at heartstocks since 2021, which focuses on providing the bridge between traditional capital and the digital future by optimizing asset structuring. Prior to this role, Raphael held the position of Blockchain Lead/ CTO at Amazing Blocks, where he spearheaded Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on-chain (Ethereum) and coordinated platform solutions. Before delving into the blockchain space, Raphael worked at SAP, focusing on enhancing page and software loading speeds for client solution presentations. During his time at IBIS Prof. Thome AG, he played an important role in implementing financial systems in S4/HANA (new ledger) and installing Fiori-apps. Additionally, he contributed to quality management and supported project handling for RBE Plus projects. Raphael's academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and a Master of Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance. With a strong foundation in both technology and management, Raphael continues to drive innovation and excellence in his endeavors.
